JACKYLL  MART strives to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

As a policy, we do not offer returns on products that are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. Jackyll Mart will replace the product free of cost if the product is damaged or in case there is any size issue with the product.

Also please note that exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving customer’s order. Customer should email us a photo of the damaged product at returns@jackyllmart.com. Customer must email us about any damaged items in their shipment within 24 hours of receiving the order. On receipt of order we will arrange a pickup of the product if the replacement is genuine and is approved by our team. Customer shall send the invoice of the product via mail. Non Refundable Policy is what we offer.

Jackyllmart would not be responsible if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address.

All items to be exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact, and should not be broken or tampered with.

Customer can cancel an order until it has been processed in our warehouse.

Any amount customer paid will be credited back into the original payment method with in 7 business days, and In case of COD, we will issue the gift card to you of the same amount on your registered email ID, once the product will reaches to our warehouse.
